1. Page Titles ( Meta Titles )
Page Titles are main factors of your website. Each page has its own Title. Which describes a particular page. For example, you wrote a blog post about a Grilled Chicken recipe. So, Its title would be “Grilled Chicken Recipe”, “How to make Grilled Chicken” or “Easy Grilled Chicken”,..etc.
It would be more friendly with google if your title is long tail. Long tail means a title which has more than one keyword in it. For example, “Latest Off Page SEO Techniques & Tips To Boost Ranking“. You can see this title contain many keywords. So its has a low competition and have the chance to rank on the first page.
2. URL’s Structure
It’s highly recommended URL should be SEO Friendly for each. And this can better crawl in search engines. Shorter URLs perform better in search engine results. But this is not the only factors.
Adding targeted keyword in URL can perform better. For example, https://razaabbasseo.wordpress.com/off-page-activity-2017.
How to make an SEO friendly URL:
- Use shorter URLs
- Only use lower case letters
- Don’t use underscores instead of use hyphens. Between two words
- Add targeted keyword in URL.
3. Meta Description
I know some you forget to add Meta Description in your website. But it’s your minus point. You surely have to add meta description in particular pages. This helps the search engine and visitors to understand what is your website or page about. Meta Description is a small description of you Website, Page or Blog. And you can also use targeted keyword and related keywords. If we use “Grilled Chicken recipe” example, then it will have a good description like. “Easy way to enjoy Grilled Chicken at home”, “Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipes you would love it”,….etc.
Descriptions are the important to include a relevant keyword for your Website, Page or Blogs Content. A great meta description is relatively short, containing a number of specific keywords.
A description should be related to your page content.
4. Meta Tags

You can add a collection of Keyword in each page. You can add all the relevant keywords of your content, that you searched & select previously.
You can also check keyword density by Google Keyword Planner Tool. This helps you to check the density of keywords that you want to add in your content.
Add the Keyword that has low competition and high search level.
5. Body Tags ( H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 & H6 )
When you write your content or blog you should break it into the point. To make it easier for viewers or visitors to read it.
H1 Tag is the main title of the Page It should be used once in a page. Just like I have posted on this site.
H2 Tag is the heading of the product or points you add in your content. it can be used twice or thrice
H3, H4, H5 & H6 Tags:
This Tags can be used for heading your products. It can be used much time. Just as I have used in my Blog as points.
6. Meta Keywords
Adding appropriate keyword in content is very important, as it helps search engines to understand what is you Website, Page or Content about. But try not to overuse/ repeat keywords that search engine will lead your site to banned site in search engine.
If you don’t wanna banned by search engines robots, So try to keep your keyword density 0.3%. it means you can add only 3 or roughly 4 keywords in a content. If you fell it hard so write the related keyword synonyms with this you can write about the same thing without of get banned by search engines bots.
Using creative images in your page is the best way to make you website more visible & visitors will not be bored with chunky text. You can upload the images to improve your Image SEO.
Your uploaded images also have a title, so manage them as same as your page title. Adding keywords in an image will find your website when they search on google.
You should use Alt Text and Description for your image to make it explain when someone can’t see your image and it will make more valuable with image SEO.
8. Internal & External links
Let me first define you the difference of Internal Link & External Link.
- External Links: – External links are the links that we keep in our websites this link redirect to others website for additional information. For Example, “Printers-online.com” this is my site related printer so, I can add the external link of others website that might be useful for my visitors/ viewers external link might be R3hub.com. This website provides online printer service at your door step. SO, this could be my external link for “printers-online.com”. Don’t you think that is important to keep only our websites related link you can keep any links to others websites. And it can also be reverse when someone keeps your link in its websites it is called outbound link.
- Internal Links: – Internal links only redirect to your singular website. Internal link only point your own particular website or domain. For Example, Your website home page includes many internal pages “Contact”, “About us”, “Menu bar” or Products have their separate link containing your domain and redirected with your own website.
External Links = Link that point to other separate websites or domain.
Internal Links = Links that redirect to you own websites or domain.
Robots.txt helps you to configure your website page that you don’t want to crawl in Google Search Engine or others search engines. For examples pages “admin” or “login”,..etc.
Google default keeps your “login” and “user” page disallow. But if you want to disallow more page not to crawl in search engines this will help you.
If your face problems like some of your pages aren’t crawled in Search Engine. So, with the sitemap, you can say to Google bots to crawl the pages that aren’t crawled.
If you have 100s of pages so it might be difficult to check manual which page is crawl & which is not. So, There is a tool called Google Webmaster. Throw this it will be easier to check your Sitemap.xml & Robots.txt also.
